Quality Control in Paint Manufacturing

Defining capture conditions for plates images a notable repetition of measurements is achieved. With this method a standard norm is defined to make quality control which does not depends on the human interpretations. Human interpretation is very difficult to standardized and with this applications the subjective phase of measurement is avoided.

Upper image shows the result for a test of impacts. Left side shows the image of testing corrosion protection of the paint. Results are classified according with the customer standard.
